To elaborate more: In Feb 2007 I listed Globe for kids it was listed in the incentive folder. Which of course naturally if its in the incentive folder you can incentivize. I got paid In March for all my february leads. In April after I already recieved many leads for April they pull this no it was not incentivized folder and well can you prove it. Of course I cant prove it they already pulled the offer down. So they reverse all my March leads after countless arguing with them nothing works. Now here it is June 2007 and I just recieved a check for those leads accrued in April. So to sum it up they pay me in March - They reverse in April claiming it was non incentive then they pay me for May.
